The main living area comprises a welcoming living and dining room with direct access to a south-facing balcony of 20 m2, alongside an open kitchen fully equipped for self-catering. On the lower ground floor, you will find 1 bedroom with 1 bed and a shower with WC. The upper floor, accessed via a spiral staircase, offers 1 double bedroom and 1 further bedroom with 3 beds, as well as a bathroom with bath and WC. The south-facing balcony is furnished and provides exceptional views of the mountains, the valley, the countryside, and the resort.
