The rooftop terrace can be rented for private events.

The building comes with lift and is located at few steps to Passeig de Gracia (where La Pedrera, Casa Batlló and Caa Amatller are located) and at 10 minutes walking to Sagrada Familia.
The nearest metro station is Diagonal (L3 and L5 - the green and blue lines), from where you can reach in 5 minutes Plaça Catalunya and Ramblas.
