The beautiful villa Edena with a heated pool is located in Privlaka, just 20 km from Zadar. Privlaka is located on a spacious peninsula and is surrounded on three sides by beautiful sandy beaches and azure blue sea. The place is known for its beautifully clear sea, beaches and pine forests by the sea. Zadar is a city that has been a famous tourist attraction and destination for many years, which is gladly visited by both domestic and foreign guests. It is known for its beautiful beaches, the Sea Organ and the installation 'Greetings to the Sun' that will surely delight you. This villa is ready to provide you with everything you have been dreaming of for a long time, where you will be able to enjoy yourself with family and friends. Villa Edena is fully air-conditioned and offers you 160 m2 of living space, while the total area of ​​the property is 500 m2. It is ready to open its doors and provide accommodation for a maximum of 6 people. On the upper floor you will comfortably accommodate in 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, and in the third room there are 2 single beds. You can also use 2 bathrooms with showers, and a separate toilet and a washing machine will be of great use. A baby cot is available upon prior request.

On the ground floor there is a beautifully decorated and modern kitchen that is equipped with everything that will help you prepare your favorite meals for the whole family. There is also a dining room with a dining table, and right next to it is a living room that will be an ideal place for evening gatherings with your favorite movies, and includes a sofa and TV.

For a complete experience and relaxation, there will be a sauna, where you will rest your soul and body.

The most beautiful place in the entire facility is certainly a beautiful terrace with a heated swimming pool (salt water) measuring 40 m2, which also includes a jacuzzi. Next to the pool are sun loungers, a parasol, an outdoor shower and garden furniture. There is also a barbecue on the outdoor terrace. There you can try out your culinary skills and prepare traditional Dalmatian dishes.

The yard offers 2 private parking spaces, and there are swings for children.

The villa is pet friendly, which means you can bring 1 pet with you (for an additional charge of €10.00 per day).

Privlaka is a small picturesque fishing and tourist town located in the heart of Dalmatia in the immediate vicinity of the historic tourist center of Zadar.
