Bedroom 2

The second bedroom, more compact but just as comfortable, has a comfortable double bed and a mirrored wardrobe that lends depth and brightness to the space. The essential, modern design offers everything you need for a tidy and cosy environment, ideal for relaxing.

Bathroom

The bathroom, completely tiled, is a little gem of design with an elegant green mosaic that adds a fresh and refined touch. It features a spacious shower with rain shower head, washbasin with mirror, WC and a practical washing machine. The modern accessories and furnishings, combined with the green mosaic, create a cosy and relaxing ambience, perfect for rejuvenating.

Living Room with Kitchen

The spacious and bright living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table ideal for preparing meals and enjoying convivial lunches, plus it has a glass door giving you access to the covered terrace.

Covered Terrace

The covered terrace is furnished with wooden sofas with soft cushions and a large table in the centre, creating a cosy and chic area to relax in the evenings. This open-air space, protected by a cover, is ideal for enjoying a drink or a meal al fresco, providing a peaceful atmosphere after a day of sightseeing.

In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.



The booking price quoted prior to confirmation includes, depending on the nature of the individual stay, a charge for accommodation and a charge for ancillary services related to the booking and stay, such as cleaning, administration, support, platform/brokerage fees and related services.

The breakdown between accommodation and ancillary services may vary for each stay and will be specified in the tax/accounting documentation provided.



Prior to your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.

There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide guests with any kind of food even if it is just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.

Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.

Security deposit for any damage

To protect the property and its furnishings, and to ensure that all guests enjoy accommodation that is always in perfect condition, a security deposit of €300 is required to cover any damage, missing items or improper use of the property.

The deposit does not represent an additional cost: it will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, following the necessary checks on the condition of the accommodation.

If no damage or issues are found, the full amount will be refunded. If damage is found, the sum will be retained in whole or in part, in proportion to the costs of repair or replacement.
