Excellent accommodation for temporary rent.

Located a 10-minute walk from Plaza de Castilla and a 15-minute walk from the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

The apartment is a beautiful duplex with modern decor. The upstairs bedroom is accessible via a staircase. It has a double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, and a desk for work. It also has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower. Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning are also included.

Excellent location very close to Calle Bravo Murillo. Surrounded by restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and everything Madrid has to offer.

Metro Tetuán Line 1 direct to (Malasaña) Bilbao – Tribunal – (Centro) Gran Vía – Puerta del Sol – Lavapiés – Atocha. Perfect location for exploring Madrid and very close to the AZCA business district, Paseo de la Castellana – Plaza Cuzco, the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, and the commercial Calle Orense.

The accommodation has two bedrooms with a double bed each, and a sofa bed in the living room. Access to the bedrooms is via a spiral staircase, as shown in the photographs. These stairs are not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Reservations for up to eight people, including adults and children, are welcome. Guests should check whether the apartment's conditions and descriptions meet their needs before confirming their reservation.

Cribs and extra beds are not available. All bedrooms have wardrobes, hangers, table lamps, and USB chargers.

The living room has a 50" Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, sandwich maker, complete kitchen utensils, cutlery set, plates, glasses x8, etc.

There is a washing machine that can be used at no extra cost, and you will find a folding clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

The bathroom provides towels, hand soap, shower gel, toilet paper, and a hairdryer.

Free Wi-Fi (high-speed 300 Mbps), heating, and air conditioning in all rooms.
