Through the hall on the ground floor, you have access to a double bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and sink.

On the ground floor, you'll find a wellness area with a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink, a separate toilet, and the indoor sauna with an outside door leading to the covered XL jacuzzi (sleeps 7!).

Also on the ground floor is the well-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and induction cooktop.

The living room features a comfortable lounge sofa, a TV, and a 10-person dining table. Sliding doors open directly onto the garden with a view of the water.

The other three bedrooms and a separate toilet are located on the upper floor.

The house is suitable for 10 people and two small children. Two cots and two highchairs are available.

- The park has two tennis courts and a shared outdoor pool (seasonal).

- The villa is located in a quiet, green holiday park, and after 10:00 PM, all outdoor activities must be quiet.
- Youth groups under 23 are not permitted, and youth groups aged 23-30 are permitted subject to a deposit.
- Outdoor music is not permitted during the day or evening.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No (organized) house parties.
- No worker accommodations.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors.
