A Home to Relax and Unwind
The apartment is set across a single level and thoughtfully arranged with sleek, modern decor and wooden floors throughout. The living area is light and inviting, perfect for unwinding or catching up on work. A dedicated dining space allows for comfortable meals at home.

The apartment is open, bright, and well appointed:
- Living area with large sofa, TV and coffee table
- Fully fitted kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine

- Quiet bedroom with a double bed, blackout curtains and fitted wardrobe

Located just off Cannon Street, the apartment is ideal for exploring Central London. You’ll be steps from the Monument, with easy access to St Paul’s, Borough Market, and The Shard. Bank, Monument and London Bridge stations are all within 5-10 minutes on foot.

House Rules:

- Quiet hours after 10pm

Booking Policy:
- Full payment due 30 days before arrival
- Early payment allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable)

Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival

Damage Deposit
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, in accordance with our booking policy, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
