Bright, tastefully furnished two-room flat located on the sixth floor of a quiet building with a beautiful garden and concierge service. Perfect for work or leisure, in a strategic location in the southern part of Milan: convenient by car and well served by public transport.



A 5-minute walk away is the tram stop for line 24, which takes you directly to the city centre and the Olympic Village (Milan-Cortina 2026).



In a few minutes, you can reach the M3 Crocetta underground station.

The location makes it easy to visit the city centre and the University of Cultural Heritage, as well as to travel to Bocconi University, IEO and the Olympic Village.

Home sweet home

I stayed at the Sesto Sole apartment and had a really excellent experience. The apartment is bright, spacious and thoughtfully decorated: the living area is welcoming, the bedroom is quiet and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need even for longer stays. I also really appreciated the balcony, which overlooks the green courtyard of the building. The location is great: the neighborhood is peaceful but well connected, with trams and the metro within easy reach. You can get to Bocconi, the IEOthe city center in just a few minutes. Perfect for both business trips and tourism. Marco is an attentive, friendly and very helpful host. Communication was always clear and fast, and check-in was very easy. In short: a comfortable, clean and inviting apartment with everything you could want. I would recommend it without hesitation!
