Step into comfort and style at our brand-new Apartment in the very heart of New Gudauri - Building Neo — just a short 3-minute stroll to the gondola lift! This is the perfect getaway for ski lovers, mountain explorers, or anyone looking to enjoy the charm of Georgia’s top alpine resort.
The apartment is thoughtfully designed to host up to 5 guests, featuring a separate bedroom with a queen bed, two twin beds in the living room, plus a cozy sofa bed. You’ll love the two private balconies, offering breathtaking views not only of the gondola but across the mountains of Gudauri — especially magical at sunrise or after a fresh snowfall.
Inside, you’ll find everything to make your stay feel like home:
– A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances
– A washing machine
– Fast individual Wi-Fi
– Clean, crisp linens and fluffy towels
– Toiletries and all the essentials to settle in comfortably
