The cabin was very nice, all amenities listed were accurate. Beautiful place. Hot tub needed water and not sure about chemicals, chlorine floater had none in it. As far as cleanliness, towels and sheets were clean. That was important to me. Floors could have a better sweeping/ vacuuming job done. We did enjoy our stay at this home.

We had a great stay at the Hideaway cabin. We were able to enjoy all of the activities the Smoky Mountains had to offer being in a great location. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed the nightly fireworks show seen at the cabin from Dollywood. The pool table was a hit for the kids and it was great having access to a swimming pool in the heat just down the road. Thanks for the great stay!

Very windy roads to get to cabin but you get used to them. We had a couple issues out of anyones control during our stay and the property manager was very helpful amd responsive. Kids loved the bed and the community pool which wasn't far. Very quiet neighborhood and it was super nice to have a driveway off the road.

Cabin was cutely decorated and neat. We enjoyed the pool table, grill, and hot tub. It had just what we needed and allowed us some R&R. We were thrilled to see bears the first day there. My youngest child has been asking when we can go back to that cabin!

We loved the cabin and total atmosphere of the location. Out teenage boys enjoyed the loft room and their own balcony. The fireplace made for a very cozy night and loved that it shared the bedroom wall. The cabin was very clean and we would come back again and have already told friends and family about how nice it was.

Well kept and nice location

To start with the host was accommodating to our request of early check in, even though we made it only on time. The cabin was very clean and secluded. The driveway was large enough for 2 vehicles. This unit is on top of the hill and has amazing views as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the weekend.

Great Cabin!

Cabin was exactly as described. Very clean and every thing worked except the ice maker. Towels, etc were of better quality as we have experienced in other cabins in the area. Would definitely recommend this cabin to others. Owners were great to work with. No surprises and internet was extremely fast.

Fantastic Vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Cliffside Hideaway - the cabin was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. The second evening we saw three little bear cubs come running & tumbling down the mountain side, just feet away from the windows! We enjoyed GSMNP, white-water rafting in Hartford on the Pigeon River, horse-back riding and the Wild Deer Park in Sevierville, exploring Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge, and of course, Dollywood. We can't wait to come back.

Top quality cabin

Cabin was clean, comfortable, and really allowed my family to get away from reality for our time there. We were there for New Year's Eve and we went out on the balcony and could hear everyone from cabins around us shouting Happy New Year to each other in the dark. Was a truly unique, magical time. The view was beautiful both day and night and the skies were so clear we saw a shooting star on the first night while soaking in the hot tub.

AWESOME Place!!!

We stayed here as a weekend getaway to relax and de-stress and could not have asked for a better place! The cabin (at least for two) was roomy yet cozy and well appointed and furnished. The bed upstairs has an awesome mattress! Everything is maintained and super clean when we arrived. The view from upstairs is pretty awesome. Parking is ample and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a couple amazing meals. We have stayed in several cabins of this size and this is by far our favorite and barring scheduling issues will be our go-to from now on!

Beautiful cabin, nice place to stay. Quiet for the most part, other than the raccoons playing on the roof. 5 Stars for the cleaning crew, who found the camera and turned it into the owner, and another 5 stars to the owners for shipping the camera back to us. Should we return to the Smokies, we will definitely stay here again!! Thank You for everything and for going out of your way to return the camera!!!!

Beautiful Cabin!

Beautiful, well-appointed cabin on the mountainside! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. Even though it was summer, we enjoyed the gas fireplace. Our boys loved the pool table and big jetted tub, and the beds were very comfortable. And the highlight, of course, was that within a half-hour of getting there, we spotted the bear right next door! Future travelers: follow the directions the homeowners have given you, NOT your phone's GPS :) The other way in to the cabin is very, very rough.

exceptional place

We loved the cabin. Did not like the road up but am a bit afraid of heights. It was all worth it when we got there. The view is awesome. Had my morning coffee on the upper deck. Was hoping to see a bear or two but none were there when we were. We chose to just stay in the cabin and grill for our anniversary. It was just so peaceful. Sitting in the hot tub in the morning and night was also super nice. We would for sure rent this cabin again if coming back to the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Dan & Julie

Cabin in the Clouds

From the time we pulled up into the driveway the cabin was breath taking. Once inside it only got better. Home away from home. Everything you will need is provided. The cabin was very clean & beautifully decorated. The view alone is worth renting this cabin. In the morning you feel like you are in a cloud. The peacefulness & sense of calm you get rocking on the porch & taking in the scenary to me is priceless. The cabin is so close to everything. Try the BBQ place at the bottom of the hill great food & cool décor fun was had not just by the kids but us adults too. Kelly & Tommy are fantastic to work with & super friendly. The whole family can't wait to enjoy the cabin in the clouds again. We will surely return on our next adventure to the Smokey Mountains. :)

Great Place for Family

We stayed October 6-11 and intended on touring Smoky Mountain park several days but just drove through because of the gov't shutdown. The cabin is fabulous with all the comforts of home plus whirlpools, which we do not have at our house. Our girls ages 12 and 13 loved the outside whirlpool along with the one located upstairs after spending our days touring the area. The kids played several rounds of pool. The beds are very comfortable especially after a tiring day of touring. Everything but the food is furnished and is more like a lodge than a cabin. We took advantage of the washer and dryer as we did not have to pack extra clothing for our trip. The cabin is located in a great location and only about 10-15 minutes from most attractions. Unfortunately we did not see any bears but did hear the raccoon's each night playing on the roof. The views of the valley below are amazing especially with the sunsets.

Besides the fact that we love it, we enjoy the beautiful Smoky Mountains, Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Cades Cove in the Townsend area, Roaring Fork in Gatlinburg, the Exotic Petting Zoo on Hwy 411 in Sevierville, Horseback Riding at 4 Seasons Stables, the Trail of Tears show in Cherokee NC, variety of miniature golf courses, and the hiking and waterfalls. And last but not least, the amazing colors of the leaf changing in October is beyond description.
