The host and all staff were excellent! Pool and beach setup were great as well. Would definitely stay here again. Minute walk to downtown restaurants and shopping. Plenty of space for our family of 6! We had the best vacation! Thank you!

Communication was top-notch. We had groceries delivered and they were there when we got there. Check-in was very easy. Condo was impeccably clean. We definitely come back here again.

Girls trip, first time to Isla Mujeres. Would return and stay at this listing. Ixchel is a lovely property with beautiful grounds and laidback feel. Perfect location, just a few moments away from all the action on either the beach, pool or main entertainment street. Walking distance to grocery store and multiple convenient stores. Sunset hot tub time is not to be missed!Cecelia and her team were friendly and responsive. There were some maintenance issues at the condo that were addressed by the team in a timely fashion. Hope to stay again!

Wonderful beach getaway

Our family of six really enjoyed our stay at ixchel. We had tons of room. The place is well stocked and clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect and within walking of great food and shopping. The beach is beautiful and just steps away. Thank you for sharing your amazing place with us!

This place was amazing, a gem. I booked for friends and family, more specifically for a birthday weekend getaway and all guests were wowed by the location and all the amenities offered by Cecilia’s Penthouse. Birthday Barbecue Celebration

We had a wonderful stay celebrating a 65th Bday with a couple of close friends. rooftop barbecue, followed by relaxing sunset in the hot tub and MAYBE a couple of cocktails! Couldn’t have been better! Made turning 65 a Breeze….Ocean Breeze actually! Thanks for the memories Isla Mujetes & Cecelia!!

Ixchel Beach Hotel

We loved our 5th floor penthouse…beautiful views from large patio w/ hot tub. The kitchen was well furnished including coffee/tea/milk so we did not have to run out to be ready for next morning after traveling all day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved going down to beach for breakfast 🥰. The bedrooms are large w/ comfortable beds…great to have 3 bathrooms 👍. I would recommend for your trip to Isla🙋‍♀️

Great Place!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. It was the perfect choice for our group of friends. The rooftop patio off the master bedroom was amazing! So thankful for the elevator access to the master bedroom because the stairs to the master was not a positive of this space! 😆 Communication was terrific and we appreciated how smooth everything went in regards to rides and checkin! We will definitely return!!

Location location location!

The property is in a great location close to everything and on a beautiful beach. The rooms are big and the property is very clean. The owner and everyone we dealt with was friendly, very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had some issues with water leaking when it rained and the hot tub never got above mid 90’s which was a bummer on the cloudy/rainy days. The views and the beach chairs/access are amazing. Overall we had a great stay.

Penthouse Paradise

I really can’t say enough about Ciecilia and her entire staff. Mayra, Alejandro, Victor were all great and ready to help with anything we needed. This location is close to everything, food, shopping, and of course beautiful playa nota beach. We will be back to Isla and we will 100% stay here again.

The perfect condo in the perfect location

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Ultra communicative management, amazing location close to everything and a roof deck with fantastic amenities… They asked if we had any suggestions for management when we departed and I honestly can’t think of a thing I would change. Even the recommendations for restaurants and excursions were spot on (rent the catamaran for a day!!!) can’t wait to come back! We absolutely loved our entire trip! The perfect mix of relaxation and liveliness!

Cecilia's condo was exactly as advertised. Check in and check out was simple and efficient. Excellent location and Playa Norte can't be beat. Love the roof top with hot tub - view was outstanding.
