Escape city life and slow down at Tigoni Farmhouse, a peaceful getaway set on an 85-acre working tea farm. The house sits among rolling green fields and fresh country air, offering comfort, quiet, and space to breathe.

Inside, you’ll find fresh linens, towels, and all the basics you need. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee, tea, spices, and cooking essentials. Wi-Fi is available, and there’s a cozy indoor fireplace ready for cool evenings. The outdoor bath and shower let you unwind under the stars in total privacy. Extra blankets are in every room, and hot water runs through every tap.

Guests are welcome to walk the farm during the day. Chickens, cows, and dogs roam freely, and you can join the milking at 6 p.m. Fresh organic produce “spinach, kale, cabbage, potatoes, green maize, and milk” is available on request, along with homegrown herbs right outside the house.

In the afternoon, the farm manager offers a short tea picking lesson, a stroll to the waterfalls and shares the history of the farm at an additional fee of KES 500 per person. A private chef can be arranged at an additional fee of KES 4,000 per day, whether you bring your own ingredients or ask him to shop for you.

For evenings, there’s an old vinyl and CD player with a small collection to enjoy, or you can request an outdoor movie setup at an additional fee of KES 6,000 per night.
