Casa Pozzallo, a fully renovated and well-maintained Residence with six apartments ready for your vacation, is located in the center of Oulx, within a 400-meter (5-minute walk) of all shops, activities, and services, and you can also easily reach the train station.
The Residence features electronic locks and self-check-in systems.
Apartment Ida is on the ground floor and comprises an entrance hall, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, and access to a private garden with excellent views.
A Smart TV is available for guests (with the option of connecting to streaming platforms using their personal accounts).
A hallway leads to the double bedroom and bathroom with a comfortable shower. A washing machine is included.
Communal garden and ski storage are available.
Parking space in the courtyard.
The apartment is managed on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
The rate includes the rental fee paid to the owner of the accommodation and the cost of ancillary services provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
