The second bathroom, sleek and functional, includes a walk-in shower. Each upstairs bedroom opens onto its own private balcony, adding a touch of calm and connection to the outdoors.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option is an in person assisted check-in where one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. Should you wish you can do a self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location 575 m walk from the property.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
