Large Mountain Chalet, a true immersion in nature with a spectacular view over the Valbelluna and the Belluno Dolomites.

The chalet can accommodate up to 16 people (8 double rooms) or a minimum of 8 people (4 double rooms), and in both cases guests will have the entire property exclusively for themselves. Single rooms are not available; for bookings of 8 people, the extra rooms will be closed. Breakfast is included, and guests may also arrange dinner on site with the owner for an additional fee, as there is no kitchen but a dining room that will be opened only upon request. Only the wellness area — with Finnish sauna, hay bath, and the heated outdoor tub — is shared with the guests of Baita Tersilia.

Guests will have exclusive use of the garden, the beautiful terrace overlooking the Dolomites — perfect for sunbathing on warm days — and a small relaxation room. The playground with a swing is shared.

We are located at 780 meters above sea level, surrounded by meadows and woods. From here, you can set off on endless hiking or cycling excursions, following mountain bike or Nordic walking trails (the owner is an instructor). It is also an ideal base for visiting the most beautiful Dolomites in the province of Belluno (just over an hour to the Marmolada and Civetta, and 95 km from Cortina), the Belluno Prealps, stunning historic villages such as Mel (12 km) or Cison di Valmarino (18 km), and the splendid Venetian art cities (Belluno 20 km, Treviso 60 km, Venice, Padua, and Vicenza 100 km).

This is also a paradise for sports lovers in every season: bocce on the sand court near the house, cycling, hiking, windsurfing and kitesurfing on Lake Santa Croce (30 km), kayaking and canyoning in the many streams flowing through the rocks, and hang-gliding or paragliding from Mount Serva and Dolada. In winter, you can ski on the nearby Nevegal (16 km) with family-friendly slopes, or choose a different ski area every day among the Dolomites resorts, all reachable within an hour.
The property is also suitable for corporate meetings or yoga/sports retreats (no birthday parties).

The house is spread over three floors connected by a wooden staircase. On the ground floor, you will find the breakfast room and, upon request, the dining room for dinner; the wellness area with direct access to the outdoor heated tub. On the first floor, there are 4 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (with shower), as well as the relaxation room with the large terrace. On the second floor, there are 4 double bedrooms, one of which has an external bathroom. All rooms have individually adjustable heating.
