Cleaning charge 60 euros to be paid on the spot
Deposit of 500 euros to be paid on arrival and refundable on your departure.

The village of St Armel with its salt marshes, coastal paths and its locks, its small beach, the island of Tascon that can be discovered at low tide, the passage with the possibility to kayak or board on a boat (free hold). Possibility to rent a boat (see town hall)

The peninsula of Rhuys is not large, it is easy to walk along the coastal paths along the Gulf or navigate the Gulf and discover its many islands (monks' island, Arz, Gavrinis ...)

The historic center of Vannes, its port and the peninsula of Conleau are essential.
Go for a swim on the various beaches on the ocean side,
Discover the peninsula through hiking trails and bike paths
To see also the marina of Crouesty and make the ballad of the lighthouse of Port Navalo.
The castle of Suscinio is not far and deserves a detour.

A deposit (security deposit) of 500 € is requested on the day of arrival in the rental, when the Keys are handed over.

A cleaning fee of 60 € is possible for the final cleaning. Please specify in your request for reservation or information, if you wish to take this option.

Das Haus war sehr schön und für unseren Urlaub perfekt eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns alles dort erklärt. Der schöne Garten war ebenfalls ein Highlight, man könnte sich dort aufhalten und sonnen. Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt für unseren Urlaub, sowohl der Golf von Morbihan als auch die Stadt Vannes und weitere Ziele waren schnell zu erreichen. Trotzdem war die Gegend sehr ruhig, so dass wir uns gut erholen konnten.The house was very beautiful and perfectly equipped for our vacation. The owners were very accommodating and explained everything to us. The beautiful garden was also a highlight; you could relax there and sunbathe. The location of the house was perfect for our vacation; both the Gulf of Morbihan and the city of Vannes, among other destinations, were within easy reach. Nevertheless, the area was very quiet, allowing us to relax.La maison était très belle et parfaitement équipée pour nos vacances. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et nous ont tout expliqué. Le magnifique jardin était également un atout majeur : on pouvait s'y détendre et prendre un bain de soleil. L'emplacement de la maison était parfait pour nos vacances ; le Golfe du Morbihan et la ville de Vannes, entre autres, étaient facilement accessibles. Néanmoins, le quartier était très calme, ce qui nous a permis de nous détendre.

sehr schöner Sommerurlaub

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem hübschen kleinen Dorf nicht weit vom Golf de Morbihan. Das Haus, der Garten und die Fahrradgarage sind super. Überrascht hat uns, dass nach der Anzahlung ein französischsprachiger Vertrag zu unterzeichnen war und damit eine ungewöhnliche Gebäudeversicherung erforderlich war. Sprachlich war das etwas schwierig, da die Vermieter kein deutsch und englisch sprachen und unser Französisch nicht für Finanzen und Verträge ausreichte. Trotzdem sehr nette Leute, sehr hilfsbereit. Da das Haus aus dem Programm genommen wurde, konnte uns die Agentur/Hotline kurz vor dem Urlaub plötzlich keinerlei Infos (Ausstattung, Geräte, Nebenkosten) geben bzw. die Angebotsseite rekonstruieren. Es gab keine Unterlagen von der Agentur. Das war nicht professionell.

Très beau séjour

Gîte vraiment très agréable, parfaitement équipé et assez spacieux pour 6 personnes. Saint-Armel/Lasné est un village très agréable, calme, à qq minutes en voiture des commerces et qq minutes à pied de jolies promenades. Maryse et Jean NEAU sont toujours disponibles et charmants. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte !

Excellent et très agréable séjour

Excellent et agréable séjour en Presqu'île et Morbihan. Idéalement situé pour qui aime balade à pieds, vélo, baignades, et fréquenter les marchés du littoral. Accueil chaleureux, sympathique et professionnel par des propriétaires soucieux de mettre à disposition leur Maison dans les meilleures conditions (propreté, équipement complet, literie confort etc..). A recommander sans reserve.

Parfait !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans une jolie maison confortable, bien équipée et propre. Situation au calme et idéale pour visiter la presqu'île de Rhuys et le Golfe. Accueil chaleureux de la part des sympathiques propriétaires. Nous recommandons cette location !

Une déconnexion totale

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans une maison baignée de lumière où nous avons profité pleinement des multiples équipements à disposition. La terrasse abritée nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas en extérieur. En plus du bon accueil des propriétaires nous avons apprécié le classeur décrivant les activités possibles, les dates des marchés, les restaurants etc…. Cette maison est idéalement placée pour profiter des multiples activités accessibles à tous, pour découvrir la presqu'ile de Rhuys et ses alentours. A Saint Armel nous avons profité de la possibilité de faire du kayak de mer, de la trottinette électrique tout terrain aux cycles du tascon, de faire une visite de la saline avec Nathalie la paludière. Très bon séjour . N'hésitez pas à en profiter.

Vacances de rêve.

Nous étions 6, 2couples et 2 jeunes enfants. La maison est confortable et fort bien équipée, située dans une zone très calme loin des bruits de la circulation. Les propriétaires sont fort sympathiques et nous ont bien accueillis. Nous sommes prêts à y revenir et nous recommandons vivement cette location. Notre bon souvenir à Maryse et Jean NEAU. Proposer notre location aux estivants est une chose, le but pour nous est qu'ils soient contents et qu'ils passent de bonnes vacances dans notre logement dans la presqu'île de Rhuys près du golfe du Morbihan. Nous sommes ravis de ce témoignage et cela nous encourage à ouvrir notre maison à de nouveaux vacanciers.

Maison très agréable , lumineuse, propre, dans un environnement paisible. Le gîte est bien situé, au centre de diverses destinations touristiques, permettant de rayonner agréablement.
