Hello Zeeland - Tiny Surf House

Summary:

Come and enjoy our little paradise on the Zeeland coast, a green oasis of peace and space! Our farm, dating from 1870, is located right next to the dunes, within walking distance of the beach and nature. Spread across the grounds, you will find four charming cottages. Surf House is an authentic and partially renovated cottage (2-4 persons), with crooked walls, creaky floors and lots of playful, loving details – here, time seems to stand still.



The Space:

Surf House is an authentic and charming holiday home that has been lovingly renovated. Ideal for 2 to 4 adults looking for charm and simplicity rather than luxury. Here, it feels as if time has stood still: crooked walls, creaky floors and plenty of character. The cottage is cosily furnished with an eye for detail and a surprising number of playful corners. With around 50 m² of living space, Surf House is compact but complete. In the cosy living and dining room, you will find a comfortable sofa, recliner, smart TV with Netflix and a round dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hot water tap, spacious fridge with freezer compartment, 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine. The separate toilet is accessible from the hall.



There are two bedrooms on the first floor: Bedroom 1: a comfortable double box-spring bed (160x200 cm). Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200 cm).



The bathroom, completely renovated in 2024, is also located upstairs and is equipped with a shower and washbasin.



Outside, you have a sunny, enclosed private garden of approx. 30 m² with a picnic table, parasol and lounge sofa – a wonderful place to relax and ideal for children or dogs who want to roam freely.



Please note: Surf House is an old house with character. The stairs to the first floor are very steep and require some extra attention.

PLEASE NOTE: an old house comes with instructions! We would like to inform our guests that the stairs to the first floor (bedrooms and bathroom) are steep.

Smoking and e-smoking (vaping) are not permitted in the cottages, gardens or on the grounds. No parties/No drugs/No groups/No smoking in the house+garden+land!!
