It features in the living area a sofa (which is a sofa bed) and TV; in the bedroom area a double bed; fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle and a bathroom with bathtub.

It also has an iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer and heating with electric radiators.

Located right in the centre of the village and 80m on foot from the fishermen's beach and 60m from the ball game square, where the main shops, cafés and restaurants are located.



Important notice: During the month of August, on a date yet to be confirmed, the traditional festivities in honour of Our Lady of Boa Viagem will take place in the centre of the village. As a result, there may be increased noise in the vicinity of the property, which could affect your rest during your stay. We appreciate your understanding.



Note: We would like to inform you that, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.

We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of a lodging tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.50 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the amount charged for accommodation and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually altered by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.
