Recently renovated, the house blends modern comfort with its historic charm. Inside, guests can enjoy a large lounge with TV and Wi-Fi (including Netflix), a very spacious living and dining area, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor also features a large entrance hall with foosball and darts, as well as a separate bathroom with two showers, two toilets, a washing machine, and a dryer. Upstairs, there are five bedrooms, each with a sink and mirror, along with a shared shower, toilet, and storage space.

The surrounding area is ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, horse riding, and fishing. Nearby attractions include indoor playgrounds, water parks, nature reserves, and the charming town of Huy. Liège and Namur are within a 30-minute drive. Final cleaning is included; guests are asked to leave the kitchen clean. Outdoor noise, open fires (except barbecue), smoking, and pets are not permitted.
