There is also a sofa bed for 1 person. The living room has a TV and a coffee table, and next to it is a dining room and a kitchen that is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for family or friends. There is also 1 bathroom.

There is an outdoor dining table on the balcony, and a charcoal grill in the yard.

2 private parking spaces are also available.
