良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The room was clean, the pictures were accurate, and it was a great spot! The only challenge was in the booking/payment process. I am an international traveler, and the payment process was very challenging. Instead of just being able to pay for the stay in one go, I first had to pay a deposit. I got a message in the middle of the night, and a follow up urgent message before I had even woken up asking me to pay the deposit or the booking would be forfeited. I attempted to do so immediately and could not get my payment forms to work with their portals. I tried several different cards, several times. This process was repeated for the remainder, and then again with an additional, refundable security deposit. It was a big headache. That alone would keep me from wanting to book again. That said, the property was nice and exactly as described.
