Situated right on the Birmingham and Fazeley Canal in Ladywood, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. Utilita Arena (2 mins), National Sea Life Centre (5 mins), The Rep Theatre (5 mins), Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery (10 mins), Bullring Shopping Centre (15 mins).



Getting Around:

Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the main road around the corner from the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.



Other Things to Note:

Please note if you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
