This two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment has a sought-after location just off Chapel Street, where you’ll find numerous bars, restaurants, cafes and boutiques. You’re never far from parks, theatres and sporting facilities. It also has secure parking and easy access to trains and trams, which makes accessing St Kilda and the Melbourne CBD a breeze. This is a ground-floor apartment with excellent living space. The main entry is off a furnished terrace overlooking the street. It leads into a living and dining room with a four-person table, comfy seating and natural light. The adjacent kitchen has upmarket appliances. A long hallway leads down to the two bedrooms, including one with king-size bedding. They share a modern bathroom. There’s also a full laundry, beautiful timber flooring and ample storage space.

Windsor is a lively inner suburb about five kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Within this cultural enclave you’ll also find the revered Astor Theatre, antique stores and thrift shops along southern Chapel Street and various beer gardens. It also offers convenient access to the beaches and attractions in St Kilda.

- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
- No pets are allowed in the property without approval
- No smoking is allowed at any times

- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed

Great location/Chapel Street

Fantastic location and easy check-in vía a lockbox. Apartment seems very new with blue tape still in a few places indicating some minor defects. Curtain rail in main room was broken and a hook in the bathroom for hanging towel was missing. No TV remote so couldn’t use TV. We contacted agent straight away and was told that the cleaner couldn’t find it either (so they knew before we arrived?!) We we’re told someone would get back to us. We rang again the next day and again told the same thing?! We rang AGAIN the next day (3 days in a row) and guess what, same story. We went that afternoon and bought a universal remote and batteries and programmed it so we could watch TV. When we were contacted on day 4, we told them what we’d done and they said to send in the receipt for reimbursement. Sorry but this is totally unacceptable.
