Wonderful beach get-away

Condo was very clean and well-maintained. Excellent appliances and cookware. Access to beach was wonderful, with good access to biking paths.

Nice place

Very convenient location to access good shelling beach, shell museum, and wildlife refuge. Mosquitos and noseeums are challenging, bring insect repellent. Unit was as described. Appreciated the high chair, games, beach gear, and other extras. Only drawback to this complex is the parking situation - guest parking is extremely limited and was 100% full. Fortunately, the property manager was able to accommodate our second car, but if you are arriving in multiple vehicles I would call ahead and make arrangements well beforehand.

Pretty good!

The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The condo was clean and well-stocked. Very nicely decorated. The beach is gorgeous! Nice and quiet and perfect for shelling. Just note: There is NO elevator! Prepare to lug all of your stuff up and down the stairs. If you have an elderly person with you or someone with disabilities, I would request a ground floor apt. It is not a "short walk" to the beach. It is 1/4 mile. The first part of the walk is fine, the last part through the sugar sand is rough if you are pulling a beach cart or have difficulty walking. Overall, pretty good.

Nice Place!

Nice place near the beach. Carpets need replaced as they appear dirty and worn. Tough to find unit in the dark but really close to beach and pool was great!

Thank you so much for leaving us a review! I will have maintenance check out the paths and carports to see if there was a short with the lights. It is normally a pretty well lit property. We will also take care of the carpets, I apologize they are looking worn. Hope despite those issues you had a great time! Hope to see you in the future.

Family vacation

We rented 4 condos for our family for a week the first week of June. The condos were very comfortable and clean. There was 22 of us all together and we spent our days enjoying the beach, exploring the island and relaxing by the pool. We are already dreaming of the next trip there. Thank you for the great accommodations.

was too hot

The temperature in the condo was miserable. Could not turn air below 72 . We were told it would freeze if we turned it below 72. For 3000 a week we should have been able to be comfortable. Went and stayed somewhere else after two days of sweating at night. Took two days to get maintenance out to fix the tv. Wound up fixing it ourselves. The dishes had been put away dirty prior to us. Not a good place to rent.

Good Morning Susan, Sorry to hear you were unhappy with the settings on the thermostat. After you let the office know about the issue our Manager did take off the settings stopping you from going lower then 72. Allowing you to set it at the 70 or lower you were hoping for. We apologize if this was not cool enough for you. We hope you are staying safe and visit us sometime in the future.

Summer Vacation

Easy rental and great communication from the owner. The condo was clean and very spacious and close to the pool and about a 7-10min walk to the beach.

Perfect Vacation!

My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was updated and very clean. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The property had plenty to do from the pool and the beach and even pickle ball. Professionally maintained and extremely helpful office staff. We will be back! Thank you!
