Welcome to your exclusive holiday home on the Costa Brava. This traditionally-styled villa, rented in its entirety, promises an exceptional stay, complete with a large garden and a spectacular private swimming pool.
The property features a dual-level design for ultimate space and privacy:
Main Level:This floor hosts the cozy living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a communal bathroom, and three distinct bedrooms. This includes a master suite with a private bathroom, a double bedroom (with a double bed), and a twin bedroom (with two single beds). The spacious terrace is a highlight, offering stunning panoramic views, ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
Lower Level:Perfect for a multi-generational setup, this level comprises a dedicated family unit with a double bedroom and an adjoining children's room (one single bed) with a small but cozy sitting area, all served by a private full bathroom.
Experience the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings just minutes from the coast.
Surroundings:What can you do nearby? Our location allows us to move easily to visit renowned cities, such as Barcelona, Girona, or Figueres.
