The apartment features 2 double bedrooms, with each room providing its own private shower, WC, and television with a flat screen. Both bedrooms offer direct exit to the balcony for your convenience. The large kitchen and living room area is equipped with a 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and satellite television with a flat screen. This spacious kitchen and living room also provides exit to the balcony. Additionally, you will find a separate WC within the apartment. The entire space is comfortably heated with underfloor heating throughout. A large balcony of 40 square meters extends from the apartment, positioned to capture both south facing and west facing views, and is furnished with balcony furniture for your relaxation.
