The living and dining area is thoughtfully furnished and includes 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. A television is also present in this space, and a door leads out to the balcony from here as well. The bathroom is configured as a combined bath and WC, serving as the single bathroom of the apartment. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living area, featuring 3 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine.
