- 2 bedrooms – 1 double, 1 twin (with zip-and-link beds which can be arranged as a super-king-size on request)

- 2 bathrooms - 1 en-suite with a walk-in shower and WC, 1 en-suite with a shower over the bath and WC

- Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge

- Utility room in adjoining shared building with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer

- Cot and highchair available

- Wood burner (first basket of logs supplied November-March; further supplies can be purchased from the owners)

- TV, DVD

- Dogs must be kept downstairs. Please be aware the owners of the cottages have two Labrador bitches and other livestock on the farm.

- Outdoor sleeping area for dogs.

- Landscaped garden with lawned areas; outdoor furniture and BBQ

- Guests are invited visit the animals on the farm

- Unfenced pond and moat – children should be supervised

- Private parking

- Storage for bikes

- Shop 1.5 miles, beach 7 miles

- This property can be booked alongside another property Plough Cottage (sleeps 4) and/or The Cow Shed (sleeps 2) for larger family groups.
