Nearby is Porthminster beach, a stunning stretch of sand popular with swimmers and surfers alike. Westcott House is well equipped and attractively furnished, the perfect home to explore this unspoilt area of Cornwall.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent, central heating.

Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 dog, £25 per week. This is a dog friendly house, but if you have a dog that likes to bark then this isn’t the house for you out of consideration for our neighbours.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: High chair; Portable cot (Chicco 93cm x 53 cm mattress); Portable side bed rail; Stair gate; Play mat with table and 2 chairs; A few child’s cutlery items.
