This gorgeous barn conversion, on a working vineyard, has been beautifully thought out down to the last detail. This property's eco credentials include a ground source heat pump and solar panels. It was also built in green oak. This delightful property sleeps four people in beautifully furnished accommodation, with a cosy wood burning stove, timbered vaulted ceilings and stunning views out over Romney Marsh and the Owner's vineyards. Located just 5 miles from the picturesque cobbled streets of medieval Rye and only 9 miles from the beaches at Camber Sands where you can surf board or try sand yachting - you will be spoilt for choice. The Saxon Shore Way is on the doorstep and if you want to stroll to the local pub, just head out along the footpath to the 14th century Ferry Inn where you will find welcoming log fires and famous Rye Bay scallops on the seasonal menu. The barn has a fully enclosed garden with a hot tub for the young at heart to escape to.
