When you’re not building sandcastles, you can be enjoying the sociable living spaces, the four restful bedrooms, and the vast, flower-filled garden back at the house.

Step inside into the bright and welcoming lounge, filled with natural light. This spacious room offers plenty of comfortable seating and French doors leading outside, serving as a great place to relax after a busy day exploring the area. The stylish open-plan kitchen/diner is the ideal place to congregate and share delicious home-cooked meals, and there’s also a snug which is perfect for younger guests. A shower room is also on the ground floor and is ideal for washing away the sand after a day spent on the beach. On the first floor, you’ll find two en-suite king-size bedrooms, and two twin bedrooms. A sizeable family bathroom also resides on this floor. French doors from both the lounge and the kitchen open onto the decked area outside, where outdoor furniture and a BBQ provide a great setting for an al fresco dinner.

The beach (200 metres away) lined with its colourful huts, is unmissable during your stay, and Southwold’s selection of pubs and independent stores guarantee an entertaining day out. Don’t forget to check out the lighthouse as well. For those wanting to venture further afield, Africa Alive, RSPB Minsmere, Henham Park, Thorington Theatre, Henstead Exotic Gardens and Southwold Maize Maze are all within 12 miles and are all great attractions for all ages.
