Fall getaway

No hassle check in! This rental was nicely decorated and equipped. Perfect for a couples getaway! Very close to beach and comfortable.

Perfect accommodation

For our small family of three the unit was perfect. The location was amazing, so close to the beach, less than 5 minute walk. And the pool was great after swimming at the ocean. Would definitely come again!

Great Stay!

Great location and easy access to the beach. Rental was clean and the private pool was a nice bonus. We used the pool a lot. We didn’t have any issues with check in or out. The rental had beach chairs which was also nice. We will be back.

Wonderful Cottage and Location

What a great stay! This cozy cottage feels like you're staying in a tropical oasis. It's the perfect area for walking to the beach, dining or shopping. A 5 minute car ride will get you everywhere else you'd like to go on the island. I highly recommend.

Great Place

We had a great time as a family. Comfortable and clean with a great pool close to the beach. What else could you want! Oh yeah great burgers right next door!

Ocean access right across the street! Enjoyed having the private pool, but needs cleaned daily due to the heavy rain and wind. Cottage is small, but worked for two of us. Needs some updating and the black mold needs removed in both bathrooms. Primary shower curtain was moldy and the bed is very uncomfortable.

Perfect location!

I was a little worried about it being near a hamburger joint and a public beach. The bamboo around the pool keeps all the noise out and you feel like you are miles away from it all! So fun for kids to swim and walk to the beach or walk to get an ice cream of sno cone. Great times. Washer and Dryer were a big plus. Also water pressure was awesome.

Amazing home steps from beach

Coconut cottage 4 is an extremely beautiful 2 bedroom home one block away from the water. The private pool, we’ll stocked kitchen and beachside decor make this home away from home. We didn’t want to leave!!!! Our property manager Daisy was also responsive and helpful to accommodate all of our needs. Two thumbs up to her and the management company. My family and I will surely be back!!

Fabulous!!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at coconut #4! Plenty of towels, beach chairs, pool floats, the water pressure in the shower was awesome to name a few highlights! We walked to the beach everyday and jumped in the beautiful private pool afterwards, just perfectly relaxing! Needed to get the pool temp lowered because it was too warm and needed the bathroom tub slow drain fixed and Mgmt was quick to respond! We’re already planning our next stay at this condo. Kudos to the owners!

Cute cottage with great pool and very cold AC!

We booked this last minute and we’re pleasantly surprised. Have stayed on North and South part of island but first time in this area. The public beach is way too close so we walked down to 34 street beach access for less congested area. The pool was one of largest private pools in a house we have rented. The inside was very clean and AC was cold! We had 4 people and any more would have been uncomfortable. Great communication with AMI locals. Skinny’s is great and new soft serve ice cream shop Frosty Oasis was close and a new favorite. Would rent here again!

New Favorite Family Vaca

The moment we stepped onto the property, Coconut Cottage #4, we felt like we were home or maybe a better version of home. The cottage was clean, included all the amenities needed, and offered our family of four the perfect week. We loved it so much we ended up extending our stay! The refreshing pool was large and became a gathering spot for us. The beautiful beach is a few steps away. You’ll find a trolley stop at the beach, too. We enjoyed riding the free trolley to the north and south ends of Anna Maria Island to eat, shop, and explore. Everything about this property was perfect! Valerie, the property manager, was super kind, professional, and easy to work with. We loved it and are already looking forward to our next stay at the cottage!

Relaxing stay, great location!

Having a private pool was the best feauture of this property! Our kids loved it so much. And being across from the beach was amazing. The house has great touches throughout that remind you you’re on an island. I loved that! Also, they pretty much have everything you need inside including towels, plates, silverware, broom, plunger etc. My only tip would be to keep any plastic bags you have for an extra place to put garbage. They provide a certain amount of garbage bags but it wasn’t enough for us. Not their fault, but just suggesting for your future stay. Overall an amazing & cute place to stay!

Wonderful

We loved everything about our stay. We took the suggestion of renting a golf cart. So glad we did! It added some extra enjoyment to our stay on the BEAUTIFUL island of Anna Maira!
