Comprising three individual lodges, this accommodation offers the perfect blend of rural charm and contemporary convenience on the border of Suffolk and Norfolk.


All three of the lodges feature open-plan living spaces with exposed wooden beams, Smart TVs, well-equipped kitchens, and cosy bedrooms. Fleetwood boasts two bedrooms, including a king-size room with an en-suite wet room, as well as a twin room with an en-suite shower room. Hartopp offers a luxurious king-size zip-and-link bed, adaptable into a twin on request, and an en-suite bathroom. Bloomsbury features a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower over the bath. Outside, you'll encounter the brick-paved courtyard, shared and enclosed, lined with vibrant flowers. Each cottage has its own private outdoor space too, complete with a bistro table and chairs for al fresco dining. Explore the farm trails for scenic walks or enjoy an evening at the farm's arboretum, which provides the perfect setting to unwind with a sundowner or two.


Take leisurely walks by ponds and fields, where ancient hedges serve as havens for wildlife, and a visit during the lambing season is sure to delight guests young and old. Conveniently located near Suffolk's coast and attractions, the shops, and eateries of Halesworth market town are 3 miles away. For a fun-filled day at the seaside, explore the golden sands of Southwold, Walberswick or Dunwich within 12 miles of your door. Birdwatchers will love the RSPB’s Minsmere Reserve (14 miles) or head to Beccles, the gateway to the Norfolk Broads, 11 miles from home. Excellent Fly & Course fishing locations within a short distance.
