Stepping inside brings you into the lounge. Here, you'll find comfortable seating along with a warming wood burner and a Smart TV, the perfect combination for a movie night. In the fun-filled conservatory, you'll find a pool table and dartboard. Heading back through the home, the kitchen has everything you''ll need for culinary creativity, while the breakfast table has seating for all. At the rear entrance, you'll find a handy utility room with space for coats and boots. The house also features a separate dining room with a wood burner, allowing you to enjoy laid-back meals with loved ones. Completing the ground floor is a bathroom. You'll discover five bedrooms on the upper floor, along with a further family bathroom. The bedrooms consist of two super-king-size zip-and-link rooms (convertible to twins on request) and three double bedrooms, all of which are very spacious. Heading outside, you're treated to private grounds surrounding the home, complete with outdoor seating for al fresco drinks and dining. Enjoy a dip in the hot tub. (available from 1st May 2026)

For a change of pace, take a day trip to the cathedral city of Exeter (22 miles), which hosts a wide choice of shops, cafes and restaurants to tempt you in.
