Return from your trips out to unlace your walking boots and hang your jackets in the porch before emerging in the friendly lounge/diner. Here you can stoke up the wood burner and sink back into one of the sofas with a book from the shelves. Play a game instead, watch a DVD or find a film on the Smart TV. The adjacent kitchen/diner has been equipped with everything you will need to help you rustle up tasty Norfolk dishes with the produce you have sourced. Sit down to celebratory dinners through in the main room. At the end of each lovely day away in picturesque Norfolk, climb the stairs to the first floor of your cosy bolthole. Here you will find a king-size bedroom and a twin. The family bathroom is also up here. Choose between two patios out in the garden for basking in the summer sunshine. Venture 5 miles into Potter Heigham to hire a day cruiser to take yourselves out on the water, perhaps stopping at a pub for lunch. Head 8 miles to Winterton to swim in the sea and spot seals on the beach in the colder months.
