Very comfortable stay

The Family Tides was perfect for this trip. We had plenty of room in the kitchen to cook, around the table to eat and play cards, and just relaxing waiting out the rain. Would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable vacation!

Great Place!

We had a great time staying at this property! Super convenient location, ground floor, on the corner, easy access to the beach and pool. The condo was very well kept, updated and clean!

Phenomenal place on the beach!

This was a fabulous place to stay! CareySue was great at answering all our questions and the unit was fantastic! From booking to checkout the entire process was easy, so all we had to do was enjoy the unit and easy access to the beach! Hope to stay again!

Loved it!

This condo is perfect for toddlers. Easy access to the beautiful outdoor area, pool, and beach. The corner unit is very quiet and has everything you need. The pool is perfect and the beach is a very short walk! We loved everything about this condo and will absolutely be back!

Relaxing Vacation

Everything was great! Very quiet, relaxing. We will definitely be back! Perfect first floor end condo where grandchildren can play. Easy access to beach. It was supplied with everything you needed to cook as much as you wanted.

Great property!

We had 4 adults and two kids for this trip and the condo was perfect! We had plenty of room and it was true to the pictures. The location was perfect - you’re ground level and near the pool, but at the end so no heavy traffic in front of your patio. Also very easy & quick to get to the beach WITH chair (2) & umbrella service. I would not hesitate to stay here again & would recommend! Oh, also tons of fun/yummy restaurants nearby.

Short vacation

Last minute trip and this condo had availability. It was great! It was nicely furnished and I loved the layout. It was on the end so you didn’t have neighbors on both sides, this was a plus! It is located not far from the pool or beach. We would come back again.

Everything we needed and close to our favorites!

So much space. Everything we needed. So close to the pool-but not loud. Chill, relaxing and the owners/property managers were so helpful. We have stayed at several condos in this area- but this is our new favorite.

Very convenient!

This is a very convenient condo located on the bottom floor, which is perfect for young children or older folks who do not want to wait on elevators! The décor was very cute and up to date! I would highly recommend this unit for families.

Awesome Condo

The view was amazing when looking out the sliding door. There's a small yard that kids could go out and run around in. The condo was very clean and the two gliders in the living room were great for rocking small children. The biggest issue with this condo is the shower heads were in desperate need of replacing/upgrading and the beds weren't super comfortable(definitely able to sleep but stiff). I would definitely go back! One of the best condos we have stayed in.

Awesome Family Vacation!

This condo has everything you need for a week's stay at the beach. We had two couples and a 2 year old, so the accommodations were perfect. Being RIGHT on the beach on the ground floor was especially helpful while trying to entertain a toddler. You literally walk out of the sliding glass doors onto a grassy area, perfect for kicking around a beach ball or blowing bubbles with the kiddos. Although the kitchen appliances were dated, they worked like they were brand new. I questioned that stove, but man did it get the job done. The oven preheats quicker than my GE Elite appliances at home! Ha! Most importantly, CareySue and Paul with Easy Vacation Services were A W E S O M E. They made sure we had ALL of the information we needed before, during, and after our stay. We appreciate them being so forthcoming with information, answering any questions we had in a very timely fashion, and being helpful, which, honestly, we didn't need much of since we had everything we needed. We would certainly consider staying at this property again and using Easy Vacation Services to book directly. :) Thank you for an amazing family vacation that we will never forget!

Ground level. Just steps to the pool and beach. BBQ grills close to the unit. Wonderful place .

Perfect for Guests with Young Children

My husband and I took my daughter, her husband, and three children (6,2, and 1) for a last minute beach weekend. The weather wasn't perfect, but the location of #103 allowed the kids to play underneath the large covered patio and the courtyard. It was also easy to walk right out to the beach or pool with minimal effort. Thank you! We will be back!

Last chance getaway before school started

Me, my husband, and his ex-wife planned a getaway together as she was needing a vacation and so were we, school was starting the next week and she had planned to take the children camping and had invited us along. Me and my husband have sleep apnea and have to use c-pap machines, so I went online and looked and treated her to an indoor vacation at the beach instead. This listing looked perfect for a quick get away. Right on the beach, and a pool if the waters were too rough. Enough comfortable beds, and bathrooms for 8. It was not a disappointment. Beautiful place to stay. Clean, roomy, comfortable, quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. The donuts🍩 were great too.
