This two-storey, architecturally designed home has a definite wow factor with ultramodern interior design and lots of unique touches. Share meals at the solid oak table, bi-fold doors open to the terrace in warm weather. It''s just 200 metres to lovely Combesgate Beach, where you can swim, picnic and potter in rockpools. The sweeping sands of Woolacombe Beach are within 0.5 miles, offering swimming, surfing, paddleboarding and kayaking opportunities. Beautiful walks abound along the South West Coast Path, including National Trust’s Morte Point, home to seals and seabirds. The picturesque harbour town of Ilfracombe (6 miles) offers boutiques and galleries, Damian Hurst’s Verity statue and the fabulous Tunnels Beaches, accessed through cliffs.
