4 star holiday home in BRÖSARP

Welcome to "Paradise" in beautiful Österlen for a pleasant stay all year round. The house is extended with modern and stylish choices in an open plan. On the very large plot there is also a guest house to live in, which makes the house available for more than one family to share during the holiday. The pond in the garden invites activities for both young and old with a barbecue area adjacent. A smaller playground with a slide and swings is available to have fun with. A relaxing moment in a nice place in this environment is a safe holiday activity for the best recovery. The heart of the house is the living room which has a panoramic view of the lovely garden with the pond below. Patio door out onto the spacious wooden deck which has a large area with a roof over the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and has a kitchen island to cook at. In the kitchen you can also gather for shared moments in relaxing armchairs or in a sofa bed for two and enjoy the fire which provides a high cosiness factor and comfortable warmth, wood is included in limited quantities. One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds and the other has a double bed with its own exit to the terrace. Very fresh bathroom with shower. The annex has two entrances, one of which leads into a room with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person. There is also a bathroom with a shower that can also be reached from two directions. The laundry room with washing machine, dryer and refrigerator also has its own entrance from the outside for best accessibility by everyone during the stay. In summer, the lush garden is full of fruit trees and berry bushes that you are welcome to pick. The plot borders Christinehofs castle with an eco-park where there are many hiking trails to discover nature in all seasons. Along Backaleden, which is a hiking trail that can take you from Alunbruket and over Brösarpsbackar to the sea bath in Haväng. Here you also pass Skåne's highest waterfall with an old mill, Hallamöllan. Nearby is Elgarösbadet with an outdoor pool that is open during the summer for swimming. By car you can get to Brösarp for grocery shopping in a store or restaurant in 15 minutes and further to Kivik's famous apple orchards in another 15 minutes. Electric car chargers are available at the house for an extra cost.
