Just a stone's throw from the beautiful San Sebastián beach, on a central but quiet street, Las Terracitas is that "little nest" that couples dream of when they come to discover the Mediterranean: a duplex penthouse with light, privacy and, above all, two terraces that turn every day into a small ritual.
On the main floor you are greeted by the living-dining room, the kitchen and a toilet, and the two main features of the apartment open up—one on each side—so that the outside becomes part of your living space:
The most relaxed terrace, with sun loungers and an outdoor shower (yes, an open-air shower): perfect for returning from the beach, rinsing off the salt and sand, or simply refreshing yourself under the Sitges sky before going out for dinner.
The "gourmet" terrace, with a barbecue and outdoor dining table. Ideal for leisurely evenings: a morning market, a drink at sunset, and a home-cooked dinner with that holiday feel you can only get on your own private terrace.
The kitchen is small but very well equipped, designed for those who enjoy cooking: here you can prepare everything from a quiet breakfast to culinary delights with local produce.
From the living room, a narrow flight of stairs leads down to the lower floor, where you'll find the bedroom (with air conditioning), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. There's also an interior balcony where you can hang laundry if needed.
And for any time of year: gas heating throughout the apartment, so that the "winter in Sitges" plan is also comfortable.
Important: it's a penthouse apartment without an elevator (access is by stairs), a detail to keep in mind... although for many guests it's part of the charm of this hidden gem in the center.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.
Exit information:- Departure time is 11 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
