The "Strandvilla Andrea" - an eye-catching new building with a sauna, interesting gardens and a green roof on the bicycle storage room - is only 80 m from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on Rügen.

Our attractive, modernly furnished 3-room apartment with corner balcony on the 1st floor offers you plenty of space to relax and feel good.
The floor-to-ceiling French doors give you direct access from the fully equipped living and kitchen area with leather sofa, armchair, smart TV, radio and of course a large dining table to the wonderful corner balcony with a garden view. This invites you to enjoy a hearty breakfast, a glass of wine in the evening or simply to end the day in a relaxed manner. We are happy to provide you with free WiFi for surfing with your iPad or smartphone.

The comfortable box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) in the master bedroom ensures a restful sleep and a relaxed start to the new day - with a view of the greenery from the bed - while the 2nd bedroom is equipped with a smaller bed, e.g. 1.40 x 2.00 m.

Our separate additional guest toilet and the modern bathroom with walk-in shower complement the comfort and underline the contemporary ambience of our apartment. I

In the storage room you will find an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils, etc.

You can park your car in the underground car park / parking space no. 8 and then you can easily transport your luggage to the 1st floor using the elevator.
