Villa Luisa is a charming house located in Crestax, a quiet residential area between Sa Pobla and the historic Roman town of Pollensa. Interior Features:



Inside the house, you’ll find a comfortable and well-furnished atmosphere that creates a cozy home for those seeking a peaceful getaway. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease. The tastefully decorated living-dining area features a flat-screen TV and direct access to the outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. On the ground floor, there is also a washing machine for added convenience.



First Floor:



Upstairs, the double bedroom offers a cool and comfortable retreat. The bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring the area.



Exterior:



The outdoor area of Villa Luisa is perfect for enjoying the open air. The villa features a covered dining area and a built-in barbecue, ideal for al fresco meals with family or friends. The well-maintained gardens and private pool create the perfect spot to relax, sunbathe, or take a refreshing dip.



Location:



The house is just a 15-minute drive from the popular town of Pollensa, famous for its weekly Sunday market as well as its many shops, bars, and restaurants. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are also a short drive away, offering more options to enjoy Mallorca’s stunning coastline.



Air Conditioning and Other Services:



Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, ensuring a comfortable rest during the warmest hours of the day and night. Additionally, the tourist tax is included in the price, making your stay even easier and more convenient.

Important Information:



In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. Replacement keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left in the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.



Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
