Azure Sama Villa is a modern three bedroom villa located in the peaceful area of Kapparis, just a short walk from sandy beaches and within easy reach of restaurants, bakeries, cafes and local pubs. Situated in the same well maintained complex and enjoying partial sea views, the villa offers a calm coastal setting with comfort and privacy. It is proudly managed by ElloCyprus, ensuring attentive local support throughout your stay.



The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is designed for relaxed, stress free holiday living. Inside, you will find a bright open plan living area with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. The modern, fully equipped kitchen connects seamlessly with the dining area, making self catering simple and enjoyable.



The master bedroom features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are tastefully furnished and ideal for children or additional guests. Large windows allow natural light to fill the spaces, while the partial sea view adds a pleasant Mediterranean touch to your stay.



Outdoors, the villa features a private swimming pool set within a well kept terrace area, along with comfortable outdoor seating and a dining space ideal for spending time together in the sun. A private jacuzzi is included in the price and must be requested in advance so it can be prepared for your arrival. The swimming pool can also be heated for an additional 70 euro per day, available upon request before check in.



Guests enjoy full and private access to the entire villa, including the swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor dining area, barbecue facilities, fast WiFi, international TV channels and free private parking on site. The property is reserved exclusively for you and your group.



Azure Sama Villa is situated in a quiet residential part of Kapparis, known for its laid back atmosphere and beautiful beaches. Sandy Beach, Malama Beach, Agia Triada Beach and Crystal Springs Beach are all nearby, while Protaras and Ayia Napa are just a short drive away, offering a wide choice of restaurants, shops, beach bars and nightlife.



The villa is professionally cleaned and sanitised after each stay, with fresh towels, bed linen, toiletries and a welcome kit provided. Pool maintenance is carried out regularly to ensure everything remains in excellent condition.



Guests are kindly asked to respect the villa and the surrounding neighbours. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, pets are not permitted, parties or events are not allowed, and children must be supervised around the swimming pool at all times.
