Beautiful apartment, completely renovated and tastefully equipped, located on the second floor of a large residential complex with heated swimming pool and several lifts. The complex is just a few minutes’ walk from shopping areas and the famous beach of Puerto Rico. The property consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and television. The apartment has Wi-Fi and a wonderful terrace with views of the sea and the residential area. A total of 4 people can be accommodated (1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed).

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday; for arrivals on Sundays, public holidays or late check-in, it is necessary to contact the agency in advance. Key collection takes place directly at the apartment. Before arrival, the online contract must be signed, the deposit (100€) must be paid by card and the remaining payments completed. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure. Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning. Final cleaning is a mandatory service (the cost depends on the accommodation).
