Varkiza Sea Views Penthouse is nestled within the glorious seaside idyll of the Athens Riviera strip, a magnificent area just five minutes from the beach. A charming 100 sq.m. residence on the fourth floor of an apartment building, with privacy and magnificent sea views, is perfect for those wishing for quietness from the city buzz, a peaceful and uplifting haven near the seashore.
Inside, large windows encourage the light into a modern dining and cosy living area, before pouring out into a spacious terrace. Two charming air-conditioned double bedrooms with sea views have been beautifully designed and dressed with tasteful modern furniture in earthy tones that work brilliantly with the natural light shining through the open shutters while the homes two bathrooms are perfect for guests to unwind and revive.
A true highlight is the spacious 360? balcony offering impressive sea views where guests can enjoy their morning coffee or pre-dinner aperitivo. The balcony features a splendid living area with shade and a barbeque that makes a fabulous entertainment space for guests and residents alike.

Peace & Quiet

This was a wonderful place to stay for a few days. With a view of mountains and the sea, it's a quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurant options and parks to explore. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and all of our questions were anticipated before we arrived. Highly recommend!

Convenient and Clean

The 4th floor apartment was very clean and spacious. Has 2 good size bedrooms with air conditioning that was very much utilized. The 2 full baths were perfect for a family of 4. Great location for the events we were attending.

Very nice property. Nicholas provided answers and information via text or audio & very accommodating. The apartment is updated & better than pix. It’s approx 25-40 mins to downtown Athens via taxi- between 25-40 Euros each way. Definitely recommend.

Long Weekend Stay

We were pleased to enjoy the two nice size bedrooms with lots of light and comfortable beds. The new closet system in each had ample room to store clothes. One bathroom was larger than the other. The almost wrap around patio with views of the sea and mountains was the best. Small, quick elevator available but we took the stairs to the 4th floor most of the time. Situated in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood. Enjoyed several coffee shops close by. We (two adult couples) had events most of the weekend nearby and also in Athens, so it was a good home base. Home was clean and well maintained. Instructions for entry are sent prior on a video via What's App so be sure you have that App set up.

Fantastic well appointed and clean apartment in a great location with beautiful sea views. The location was perfect for us - less than 5 minutes walk to the sea but also not too far out to be able to drive into the city centre for sightseeing or to drive to the nearest metro station to use the metro system to access the city. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Athens.

à la limite de l'escroquerie

super appartement, très bien situé MAIS: durant tout notre séjour (6 jours) la vue sur mer a été bouchée par une énorme grue!! ce genre de pratique doit être interdite!!
