良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
It was a mixed experience. The apartment wasn’t ready because we arrived early. However, the host allowed us to put our luggage in the apartment for a later check in. While the communication on the day of checkin was prompt, the overall communication from booking to our travel to Milan wasn’t that good. A part of the family needed a reservation confirmation for their visa application, but we never got it even after asking for it multiple times. The apartment was nice, but the AC always absolutely horrible. We were told that the AC needs fixing and a mechanic would come to spend over an hour to fix it, but that never happened. So yes, it was quite uncomfortable. Location was nice. So overall a solid 3.5-4, out of 5.
