The apartment is situated in a recently renovated complex and boasts a high-quality finish, featuring exquisite solid oak furnishings and contemporary appliances. The cheerful yellow decor enhances the overall sense of brightness and spaciousness. The open-plan living area comprises a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a handcrafted solid wood dining table, a comfortable sofa bed, and a 50" Smart TV complete with Sky Stream and Netflix subscriptions. The opulent bed is meticulously crafted in Manchester from a premium suede-like material, while the mattress is of top-tier orthopedic quality, ensuring a restful night's sleep. You'll also discover a selection of pillows, including a pair of deluxe Silentnight ones, to cater to your comfort needs. We provide hotel-quality crisp white linens for your convenience. Adorning the wall is a guitar, alongside a framed picture of Manchester's renowned Hacienda club, paying homage to the city's rich musical history. Additionally, there's a unique clock made from a vintage Oasis vinyl record. The contemporary family bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink with drawer storage, as well as complimentary toiletries and plush towels for your use. High-speed fibre broadband, offering speeds of up to 150mb per second, is available throughout the entire property. However, should you need to contact us, you may do so freely and we will be more than happy to help in any way. Old Trafford district is dominated by 2 major sports stadiums. Located within 5 minutes walk, Manchester United Football Club’s huge Old Trafford has a museum and offers tours, while Old Trafford Cricket Ground is the home of Lancashire County Cricket Club and also hosts international matches. Fast-food joints, casual eateries, and traditional pubs cluster near the stadiums, and green spaces include leafy Seymour Park. There is also white city retail park, which includes numerous eateries, as well as a large Tesco Extra within 7 minutes walk. The Imperial War Museum, Salford Quays & Media City are also within a 25 minute walk. The tram station is only 5 minutes walk which can take you straight into Manchester City Center or to the Airport. There is Free parking on site and also there are chargeable electric car chargers in the car park. The tram station is a 5 minutes walk. The bus stop is also only a few minutes walk. Please be aware that for your convenience, you have to self-check-in at this property. You will receive a code 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date, along with detailed instructions on how to access the accommodation. This Apartment is a studio with a sofa bed. While it can sleep 4 people, please note there is no separate bedroom wall separating the bed from the living space. If there are more people in the apartment then booked in for, we reserve the right to ask you to vacate. IMPORTANT: This apartment is fitted with heat and smoke-sensitive sprinklers. When cooking, exercise caution and remember to utilize the extraction fan while also keeping a window open. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If evidence of smoking is found or covering up smoke detectors, we reserve the right to charge a minimum of extra £100 cleaning fee. As a security precaution: · In the event that your profile lacks a photo, we may request that you upload one for identification purposes. Free Parking is provided, however you must provide the car registration details in advance of your stay to book it.
