We actually did not stay in this flat as the hot water heater needed to be replaced. However, Adil promptly relocated us to another flat which was very nice. Liverpool One and the Docks were close by foot with everything we needed. Check in and check out was simple and Adil was very quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely stay in any of his properties.

It was a very nice, clean apt, exactly what we needed. We had a bit of trouble getting in because we didn’t get the email communication of directions in time, but other than that we were very close to matthew Street to where the cavern club in the Hall of Fame, as they call it, is, if you’re a Beatles fan we were also very close to the river Mersey, Liverpool museum, St. George’s Hall isn’t far, and the whole walking street of the inner part of Liverpool where all the shops and restaurants are. It’s a very very good location! Thank you for your hospitality!

Fantastic location for station and all attractions, all within a few minutes walk of the accommodation. Apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. We thought the location would be noisy overnight as we were so central, but it really was ok.Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location! Apartment was very clean, and very accurate to what was listed. The host was very excellent at replying to any questions we had at lightening speed. Loved our stay, would definitely recommend!

Adil was an extremely welcoming host with excellent communication throughout. The apartment was immaculate, just a 15-minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street station and right in the heart of the city centre. It’s around a 30-minute walk to Everton’s Hill Dickinson Stadium and genuinely a brilliant place to stay. The TV had access to Netflix, Disney, and satellite channels, which was a great bonus. An absolute no-brainer — I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

The apartment is centrally located to Mathew Street which is a Mecca for Beatles fans. And a 10-15 easy walk to the Strand and Mersey River. It’s an adorable apartment. It advertised as coming with a washer and dryer. When I found the laundry room is was quite pungent and full of dirty laundry. The washer/dryer combo was full of laundry (I dug my way to get to it but then found it full). Plus, once I opened that door, the dirty laundry smell hung in the apartment for the rest of the day. I have been in Europe for close to a month and had chosen this place for the location, the comparable price to a hotel room and especially the washer and dryer. I messaged the owner who said she would take care of it. By the time it was taken care of (still dirty laundry but bagged and not smelling and clothes removed, I was leaving on an all day trip the next day and checking out the next, so no time at that point. Plus, there were no instructions on how to use a combo washer/dryer even if I had found the time at that point. The whole laundry situation is why I marked this otherwise clean and cute apartment down.

Perfect location within minutes walk to everything. Could just do with an anti-slip mat in the bath for shower use.Didn't expect tea, coffee, sugar and toiletries to be included so added bonus. Would definitely stay here again, thank you!
