Flamingo View Suites & Villas, completed in 2024, features individually decorated villas in a unique style. Positioned above Agios Mamas Lagoon, it offers panoramic views of the lagoon, Mount Athos, and the Aegean Sea.
Watch flamingos in the lagoon nearly year-round (absent July-August) for a dynamic natural display. Villas include private pools, large terraces, modern amenities, and easy access to beaches and coves. Ideal for couples, families, or groups seeking comfort, views, and regional exploration.

We created Flamingo View while looking for a place where we ourselves could truly relax and unwind. Our goal was simple: to build a place where we would genuinely want to spend our own holidays.

We wanted to be close to the city, but not inside it, and close to a lively town like Nea Moudania, while still surrounded by nature. When we discovered this location, watching the flamingos in the Agios Mamas Lagoon and the open views toward the sea, it felt right immediately.

We enjoy hosting guests who appreciate calm moments by the pool, open views, and a slower rhythm. Seeing guests relax, enjoy the view, and feel at ease in the space is exactly why we do this.

This area offers a balance that is difficult to find in Halkidiki.

On one side, there is nature, open landscape, and the Agios Mamas Lagoon, with its birdlife and changing colors throughout the day. On the other, there is Nea Moudania, a lively town with restaurants, cafés, shops, and beaches just a few minutes away.

We enjoy being able to look out at the lagoon and sea, then drive a short distance for dinner or a swim at the beach. Guests can easily explore both Kassandra and Sithonia, while returning each day to a calm, open environment rather than a crowded resort.

For us, this mix of nature, views, and accessibility is what makes the location special.

What makes Flamingo View unique is not one single feature, but the way everything fits together.

The property is open and spacious, not densely built. The villas have private pools, private outdoor areas, and open views, with the lagoon and natural landscape always present. It feels calm and unforced, not like a typical holiday complex.

We also designed the property so that different types of guests can relax in their own way—couples, families, and larger groups. The Magnificent Villa, for example, combines two villas into one larger space, allowing big families or friends to stay together comfortably without feeling crowded.

In simple terms, Flamingo View is unique because it is a place created for real relaxation, in a location that offers nature, views, and easy access, without pretending to be something it is not.
