Apartment Features
The studio includes a comfortable 160×200 cm double bed to ensure a good night’s sleep, along with a smart TV for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need: a dishwasher, a large fridge, a stove, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and full cookware and tableware for everyday meals. While an oven is not available, most guests find the kitchen more than sufficient for both simple and extended stays. The modern bathroom features a shower, a hair dryer, and a welcome package with toilet paper, shampoo, and soap—just a little gesture from us to make your arrival smoother. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, making it suitable for working remotely or streaming your favorite shows. Guests staying longer will appreciate the cleaning tools provided, including a vacuum cleaner, mop, and basic supplies, to help maintain a comfortable living environment.

Zborovská Street sits in a lively yet relaxed part of Prague 5, right on the border of the historical Malá Strana and the bustling Anděl/Smíchov district. It’s one of the best-connected areas in the city, making it an ideal base for both new visitors and long-term guests. The nearest tram stop, “Zborovská,” is just a minute away and offers quick access to major landmarks such as Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, and the Old Town. The Anděl metro station (Line B) is within walking distance and connects you efficiently to other central locations like Národní třída, Florenc, and key transport hubs.

The neighborhood has a warm, local feel with plenty to enjoy. Guests can easily reach Kampa Park, Petřín Gardens, the riverside, or Střelecký Island—peaceful spots perfect for morning walks or unwinding outdoors. Check-In Information
Check-in begins at 16:00. The apartment offers self-check-in, and instructions will be sent after mandatory registration.Personal check-in is available upon request, and mandatory for arrivals 21:00–09:00 (Please inform us at least 1 day before arrival if you require a personal check-in). Fees apply:
16:00–21:00: €20
21:00–00:00: €30
00:00–01:00: €50

Please respect the apartment and our neighbors. Violations of house rules may result in termination of the rental agreement without refund.

1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 150 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
