The property is set in an elevated position above Abersoch’s picturesque Outer Harbour and offers spectacular, uninterrupted views of the constantly changing seascape across the harbour and Cardigan Bay to Warren Beach, Llanbedrog Headland and the wonderful Snowdonia mountain range beyond. Guests can be crabbing on the jetty or playing on the beach just moments from the front door. A short stroll along the coastal footpath takes you around the Benar headland, leading to the South Caernarvonshire Yacht Club, the Main Abersoch Beach and the friendly Abersoch Golf Club.


The property has been completed to an exceptionally high standard and is a luxurious family home. The main living space offers a huge open-plan area with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the amazing views out to sea. There are three sofas, a Smart TV, a large dining table with space for all, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a workspace area for those who have to keep an eye on work whilst away. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors outside the games room open onto a further patio area with seating, perfect to enjoy the evening sunset. Sympathetic to its surroundings, part of the house has a sedum roof designed to attract wildlife, while the house is heated by solar power and an air-source heat pump. There is also small outside storage available.
